2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment
• Full payment is due prior to or on the day of service
• We accept bank transfers, card payments, and cash
• Prices are subject to change with notice

3. Cancellation Policy

• 48 hours notice required for cancellations to receive full refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% charge
• Same-day cancellations are charged in full
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, wardrobe details, and personal preferences. Client privacy is paramount, and no information will be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

5. Personal Shopping

• Client approval required for all purchases
• Items are non-refundable unless defective
• We are not responsible for items that don't fit if measurements were not provided
• Budget limits must be communicated clearly in advance

6. Liability

The Strategic Stylist's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All styling concepts, recommendations, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of The Strategic Stylist. Clients may not reproduce or share our proprietary styling techniques without permission.

8. Photography

We may request permission to photograph styling work for portfolio purposes. Client consent will always be obtained, and anonymity can be maintained if preferred.

9. Travel Services

• Travel costs are additional and must be agreed upon in advance
• International services require different terms and conditions
• Travel time may be charged as part of the service

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our website.
